Overseeing Birchmore’s real estate investments and project delivery, Ed works closely with development partners and designers to establish new neighbourhood models that bring our collective vision to life. Previously working with private families and listed development companies, Ed is known for his integrity and strong commercial instinct. Ed’s experience and strategic approach to acquisitions, planning, and marketing have helped Birchmore to reimagine the mixed-use category and deliver greater commercial and community value.

Ed is a strong believer in the power of relationships and is a proud family man. He loves the way that families connect over kids, the ritual of weekend sport, and the need for good planning to ensure schools and community facilities are right to support the growth of sustainable communities.

Tim has played a pivotal role in managing key client portfolios and delivering residential communities throughout his career. With extensive knowledge of financial modeling and a keen understanding of the critical drivers of development, he consistently meets and exceeds client expectations. Tim has successfully delivered market-responsive, high-quality projects across various asset classes, including townhouses, bespoke apartments, master-planned residential communities, and mixed-use neighbourhood centres.

Providing high-quality commercial insight to identify and deliver opportunities to outperform commercial returns, Tim meets shareholder objectives and delivers positive results in an open, honest and ethical approach.

With close to a decade of experience working for tier-1 construction contractors in Melbourne, Sam’s cross-sector expertise in residential, commercial, retail, and healthcare is vital to our re-thinking of masterplans and integrated town centres. Having delivered private and government funded projects, Sam has an advanced understanding of complex stakeholders groups, transparent reporting, and industry innovation.

Living in inner-city Melbourne, Sam draws inspiration from the layers of history and responsible development that have made this one of Melbourne’s most liveable neighbourhoods.
