Overseeing Birchmore’s real estate investments and project delivery, Ed works closely with development partners and designers to establish new neighbourhood models that bring our collective vision to life. Previously working with private families and listed development companies, Ed is known for his integrity and strong commercial instinct. Ed’s experience and strategic approach to acquisitions, planning, and marketing have helped Birchmore to reimagine the mixed-use category and deliver greater commercial and community value.

Ed is a strong believer in the power of relationships and is a proud family man. He loves the way that families connect over kids, the ritual of weekend sport, and the need for good planning to ensure schools and community facilities are right to support the growth of sustainable communities.

With close to a decade of experience working for tier-1 construction contractors in Melbourne, Sam’s cross-sector expertise in residential, commercial, retail, and healthcare is vital to our re-thinking of masterplans and integrated town centres. Having delivered private and government funded projects, Sam has an advanced understanding of complex stakeholders groups, transparent reporting, and industry innovation.

Living in inner-city Melbourne, Sam draws inspiration from the layers of history and responsible development that have made this one of Melbourne’s most liveable neighbourhoods.

An expert on creating retail ecosystems, Keith has led the development and re-development of many of Melbourne’s most significant destinations, including Crown Casino. Working at the intersection of retail experience, asset management, and store management, Keith has a unique understanding of what operators require to operate successful businesses in new locations. Previously the Division Director managing a large portfolio of shopping centres, Keith is building Birchmore’s unique collection of town centres and marketplaces.

Keith is particularly passionate about regional development and how towns and communities come together to support and grow small businesses. Working with our development team, Keith’s ambition is to make these places into resilient and sustainable destinations that locals are proud of.
