East Village A new Town Centre for East Sunbury

Home to 22,000 future residents, East Sunbury is a growing community less than 20 minutes from Melbourne Airport. With just under 10,000sqm of total retail floor space, East Village is at the centre of this rapidly transforming neighbourhood within Kingsfield Estate.

With construction now commenced, East Village will offer thoughtfully designed amenity including a full-line Woolworths, KingSwim, Anytime Fitness, Priceline, and a medical centre. The precinct will also feature a Food Hall, as well as a unique local laneway to be known as Market Row, which was designed to bring together food and beverage retailers with outdoor seating areas and green open spaces.
