Construction Commences at Hilltops by Birchmore

We are excited to announce that construction works at Hilltops by Birchmore, has commenced following a ground breaking ceremony to mark this exciting milestone.

The initial stages will feature lot sizes ranging from 450 to 865 sqm, covering the first 17.7 hectares of the development site. Residents will be able to benefit from the proposed amenities including a supermarket and schools within the Thurgoona Wirlinga Precinct Structure Plan, all walking distance to the development.

The master planned community, located in Thurgoona, will generate local construction jobs, significantly boost housing supply, and offer a diverse range of options to the region’s homebuyers.

“Our vision for Thurgoona’s newest neighbourhood is to set a new standard for design, quality, and affordability in the region. The subdivision uses the topography of the site to promote solar access for each lot and a wider choice of designs within each home. The development is planned to highlight the natural features, heritage, and scenic views of the nearby lake and mountains. We have also worked with local stakeholders to collaborate on street naming, tree retention and planting, and the location of open green spaces. This is more than just an estate – we’re building a carefully planned community.”
